TARA WHEATLAND is an associate of the firm and maintains a civil litigation practice. She focuses on education and general litigation. Ms. Wheatland also has a background in copyright, intellectual property, and privacy law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wheatland worked as a Copyright Research Fellow for the Copyright Principles Project at the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, UC Berkeley School of Law. Ms. Wheatland also previously served as a law clerk to Alaska Court of Appeals Judge David Stewart. |
