CAROLINE P. WANAMAKER is of counsel to the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Trust Administration, Probate and Real Estate.

Ms. Wanamaker's experience includes:

• Handling all aspects of medium to large estates including estate planning, implementing gifting programs and post-mortem trust administration.
• Advising clients on tax planning matters.
• Counseling clients on estate tax return issues and funding of sub-trusts in accordance with tax regulations and local law.
• Advising clients on the implementation of business succession planning.
• Advising clients on real property issues.

Ms. Wanamaker is President-Elect of the Anchorage Bar Association. She speaks frequently on a range of topics related to Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts and Real Estate transactions. Ms. Wanamaker was on faculty at Alaska Pacific University from 2003 -2005, and previously served as an adjunct faulty member at Seattle University and Shoreline Community College. She is also actively involved in the Anchorage community, serving on the board of both the Anchorage Estate Planning Council and the Hospice of Anchorage.
