DIANE F. Ms. Vallentine's experience covers a broad range of matters, including:
- Serving as lead counsel or sole counsel on numerous cases involving contract disputes, fraud, corporate dissolutions, foreclosures, partnership/shareholder disputes, employment issues, real estate, secured lending, banking law and collection issues.
- Handling hundreds of cases to final resolution by settlement, mediation, dispositive court decision and trial.
- Acting as an expert witness in cases involving corporate dissolutions and shareholder rights, commercial transactions, and bankruptcy law.
Ms. Vallentine has been an active and visible member of the Alaska litigation scene for three decades. Through the years she has served as President of the Alaska Bar Association, the Anchorage Bar Association and the Alaska Academy of Trial Lawyers. Ms. Vallentine has also been honored with the Anchorage Bar Association Distinguished Service Award.
