W. MICHAEL STEPHENSON is a member of the firm focusing primarily on Construction Law and Litigation. He provides transactional advice and construction expertise to owners, builders and contractors in connection with large (multi-million dollar) construction projects.

Mr. Stephenson also helps his clients resolve and litigate construction-related claims ranging from competitive bid disputes, change order and delay claims and lien disputes; to personal injury claims, and environmental and toxic tort claims.

Additionally, he advises school districts, housing authorities and other public entities in every aspect of construction and real estate law for construction projects exceeding $100 million annually.

Mr. Stephenson brings his clients decades of hands-on, practical experience garnered while working in the construction industry for 20 years prior to beginning his law practice.
