GARY C. SLEEPER is a member of the firm focusing primarily on Commercial Law and Litigation, and Bankruptcy Law. He regularly handles a full range of transactional and commercial matters for a number of new and used car dealerships, including a multi-state car dealership with over 120 locations. Mr. Sleeper has also successfully defended car dealerships and automobile manufacturers against a variety of claims including unfair trade practice, fraud and breach of warranty claims.

Mr. Sleeper also represents numerous lenders, as well as one of the largest commercial lessors in Alaska. He is a past chair of the Bankruptcy section of the Alaska Bar Association, and has been involved in virtually every significant bankruptcy matter filed in Alaska since 1981 - representing debtors, creditors and trustees.
