EUGENIA G. SLEEPER is a member of the firm focusing primarily on Commercial Law and Litigation.
Ms. Sleeper's experience includes:
- Representing native corporations in all areas of commercial law, including real estate investments, leases, employment matters, share succession, general corporate issues, and land ownership and transfer issues arising under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
- Representing owners, contractors and lien claimants in connection with lien claim litigation and other construction contract claims.
- Negotiating and drafting teaming agreements, Joint Venture agreements and subcontracts relating to SBA 8(a) Program contracts.
- Representing creditors, debtors and bankruptcy trustees in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings.
- Counseling corporate clients regarding Alaska insurance law compliance, organizational requirements, and fiduciary duty issues.
A native Alaskan, Ms. Sleeper previously served as a director and officer of the Anchorage Bar Association.
