DAVID A. NESBETT, a third-generation Alaskan, is an associate of the firm with a trial and business litigation practice. Mr. Nesbett focuses on construction matters, commercial disputes, and general litigation. He represents large and small businesses, public institutions and individuals in a broad range of matters. Prior to joining JDO, Mr. Nesbett was an associate in the trial practice group of the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. Before beginning his civil practice, Mr. Nesbett was a criminal prosecutor with experience prosecuting in both state and federal courts. After law school, Mr. Nesbett clerked for two years with U.S. District Judge H. Russel Holland.
