JAMES MUNDY is an associate of the firm focusing primarily on labor and employment law. Mr. Mundy represents labor unions and employee associations in a broad range of matters, and acts as trust counsel to Multiemployer Benefit Plans. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mundy worked for two years as a foreign associate at a German law firm, and then as a law clerk for the Alaska Court of Appeals and Alaska Superior Court in Anchorage. |
